Gem of a place in Saltford, we had a great night. The food is excellent, all fresh local produce. Tom & James that own the Bistro are very welcoming so give it a try I'm sure you will not be disappointed. It really is good!

Spent an enjoyable evening with a small group of friends in this small and intimate restaurant - food was lovely - I had lamb shanks which I relished and the lemon brulee was amazing!! and I know my brulees. Just the sort of place to go for a romantic meal or to take grandparents. Not trendy, but cosy...yes, I liked it.

The village of Saltford tends to be considered as a thoroughfare for travelers between Bath and Bristol, and as a result hides its light under the proverbial. One glimmer recently found shining under this misconception, is relative newcomer Bistro 507. The steak was pronounced as "melt in the mouth" so why travel when this lovely little bistro is on your doorstep
